With roots in Caribbean and Indian cuisine and training in European and South American techniques, modern fusion methodology is at the core of every meal I prepare. I believe that food should be fun and ingredients taste best when they’re identifiable. Elements for every meal I create are carefully selected from local farmers I know and trust to deliver excellent results every time.
As a private chef in Aspen, I offer catering for special events, personal chef services, and cooking lessons designed to excite the palate.
